Pricing Information

We offer two distinct rental package options, with special inquiry-based rates available for recurring events (such as weekly co-op spaces, BNI meetings, etc.).

Basic Rental Package

(Client provides their own food—Graze food option not included)

  • 3 hours or less: $350

  • 4 hours: $450

  • 5 hours: $550

  • 6 hours: $650

  • All Day (7+ hours): $900

Premium Package

(Includes Graze food option—you must select a food option with your package)

  • 3 hours or less: $300

  • 4 hours: $400

  • 5 hours: $500

  • 6 hours: $600

  • All Day (7+ hours): $800

Premium Food Add-Ons (Price per person):

  • Charcuterie Cups: $10/pp

  • Grazing Tables: $15/pp
    (Includes standard charcuterie, dips, fruits, and light desserts)

  • Customizable Mobile Cart: $18/pp
    (Standard charcuterie, dips, desserts, fruits; fully customizable to match your event theme. Served by Graze for 2-3 hours)

  • Customizable Lunch Boxes: $20/pp

Weekday Rental Pricing (Monday – Thursday)

  • $85 per hour, with the above food options available as add-ons.
